So a group of us — brought together by a shared respect for green tea — chose to focus on one thing: green tea. Not a collection, not everything, just green tea, done right.
Our tea comes from the Longjing region, where natural conditions and generations of craftsmanship define what green tea should be — clean, balanced, and true.

Introduction to Tea Production Areas
Longjing tea is grown in the misty hills surrounding West Lake in eastern China, where a mild climate, abundant rainfall, and rich, well-drained soil create ideal conditions for tea cultivation. The region’s gentle slopes allow for good sunlight exposure, while frequent fog helps protect tender leaves and preserve their delicate flavors. Tea plants grow slowly in this balanced environment, developing a smooth taste, fresh aroma, and natural sweetness that define authentic Longjing green tea.
